“Coming up on 25 years, what our family and our Shed crew family love the most is that we have been able to entertain, at this point, generational families. So we’re now feeding the next generation. Even people that have worked here, we have seen people who started out in high school and are now married with children and a lot of them still work here.” Says Lewis. “With our Shed Heds, we’ve been able to see the same longevity- their children, and in some cases even their grandchildren are eating here. We feel very blessed for that.”
