Jacked Up: A coffee bar like you have never experienced before.

     What’s for Lunch?  Turkey Avocado Club; The Smokin’ Club – smoked turkey with spinach artichoke spread, bacon, saute onions, and sliced tomatoes; Bacon Rotisserie Chicken Ranch Wrap; Kickin’ Buffalo Chicken Wrap; Jacked Up Boudin Wrap or Bowl; and a Mediterranean Pizza.  The options we smashed on are the Grilled Cheese – three slices of bread with a different cheese on each slice, Italian white cheddar, pepper jack and smoky cheddar, standing in a three way pull-apart, mind-blowing gooey and crunchy spectacular grilled cheese!  The Veggie Hummus Sandwich with homemade hummus, avocado, pepperoncini, tomato, carrots, red onion, feta, fresh baby spinach and homemade pesto.  I loved this veggie sandwich and the spinach artichoke dip served with toast points!  We also had a fantastic Mediterranean Quesadilla with homemade pesto parmesan, feta, rotisserie chicken, pepperoncini and spinach grilled to perfection in a tortilla.  I am a huge pesto fan, and I loved the combined flavors.  They offer a Gourmet Chicken Salad – chunky chicken salad made in house with mayo, grapes, pecans and a special seasoning served on two sandwiches, a bed of spinach, or in a wrap.  The Strawberry Spinach Salad is a bed of spinach topped with fresh strawberries, feta, red onions, house made croutons, toasted pecans and raspberry vinaigrette.  The Jacked Up Spinach Salad has feta, carrots, pepperoncini, kalamata olives, bacon, tomato, croutons, salt and pepper tossed in olive oil over a bed of spinach.  They offer Loaded Hummus Dip or Pest Dip served with Pita bread.  Cory prepares most of his delicacies from scratch and his labor of love is greatly appreciated! 

     Debbie was so precious steadily sneaking us more goodies to add to our great experience!  We both went home with a slice of Granny’s Cake – chocolate with butter cream icing, my go to and all- time favorite cake, and a gigantic Snickerdoodle cookie!  Cory cooks so much like I do and everything about this place made me feel warm and fuzzy, I absolutely love to see people who enjoy their job, it speaks volumes about the management!       So, yes, we are proud of our Dixie and family, y’all check it out and get all Jacked Up!!!
