Next up, Chef Tremayne sent out an amazing dish of their Mussels Diablo! If you are a seafood fan or a fan of mussels, you will want to try these! This dish is called an appetizer but honestly it looks like a meal unto itself and will put a smile on your seafood lover’s face. This succulent, spicy dish came out steaming with beautiful Edward Island Mussels, and perfectly seasoned with cherry peppers, delicious fresh crushed tomatoes, red pepper flakes, instilled with fresh parsley and basil, and finished off with a healthy portion of house-made garlic bread. The spices and the flavors of this dish were outstanding and commendable, and our thanks to the chef for recommending this one! You can also go for an amazing order of Calamari and Hot peppers if you are into living your best life and appreciate delicious cuisine.
Being here in the south, chances are good that you have come across some version of Bang Bang Shrimp, but wait until you come across these! These big boy, hand-breaded Gulf Shrimp are tossed in a delicious and unique Bang Bang sauce, wonderfully adorned with shaved jalapenos, and garnished with a lemon. I am telling you, these were absolutely delicious! This is a definite easy addition to any meal and a fun dish for any occasion! And don’t forget the Classic Gulf Coast Seafood Bread. Party On, your mouth will thank you!
Chef Tremayne graced us with another amazing appetizer, which was a new take on one of my favorite light dishes, and this one came out with a Bang! Did I say Bang? I can say that the Zing Zang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps threw me for a loop! If the name did not give it away, let me elaborate. This cool, spicy little dish consists of succulent chilled Gulf Shrimp marinated in a wonderful vegetable slaw made with Zing Zang, the well-known Bloody Mary mix, bell peppers, red onions, jalapenos, and served in a cold and crisp Iceberg Lettuce Cup! It is a refreshing plate with a little spice to it, and did I mention its also made with vodka? Yes! This plate will have you feeling easy like Sunday morning or dreaming of being by the pool on a sunny day. Cheers!

This is a whopper of an omelet, so you better bring your appetite to finish this one! Also in the breakfast category is the homerun hitting French Toast. Talk about knocking it out of the park! This large plate of delicious thick-cut sour dough bread, cooked French Toast style, and made with cinnamon sugar batter, vanilla sauce, mixed berry coulis, and topped with whipped cream. I could eat this one any time and any day of the week, yumm!
