Beau Rivage Opens Its Pool to Locals

A Gulf Coast Daycation of Sun, Food, Family and Resort Luxury Without the Hotel Stay

One of the Mississippi Gulf Coast’s most iconic resort pools is now officially within reach for locals and it is a game changer for summer.

Beau Rivage Resort & Casino has opened its pool experience to local guests through a variety of rental options, allowing residents to enjoy the resort’s tropical oasis without booking a hotel room. For families, couples, and friend groups looking for an easy daycation, it adds a completely new way to experience one of Biloxi’s most beautiful properties.

My family recently spent the day there, and it quickly turned into one of those simple but perfect summer memories. The moment you step into the pool area, it does not feel like you are in the middle of a casino resort. The space is surrounded by palm trees, lush greenery, and open water, creating a laid back tropical atmosphere that immediately slows the pace of the day.

The biggest change for locals is access. Guests can now enjoy the full resort pool experience without an overnight stay by reserving a pool rental. Options include loungers, poolside loungers, gazebos, and private cabanas, with every rental including pool access.

This is a such a meaningful new option for locals. It turns Beau Rivage from a place you visit occasionally into a place you can genuinely spend the day.

To enter and book rentals, guests will need a free MGM Rewards card, which only takes a few minutes to sign up for.

Rental Options and Seasonal Pricing

Rental options are available at a variety of price points depending on the day of the week and the level of experience desired.

Pool loungers include two cushioned chaise loungers, a guaranteed umbrella, bottled water, and personalized service. Seasonal pricing begins at $50 on select weekdays.

Poolside loungers offer a closer view of the pool with the same comfort focused setup and service, with pricing beginning at $60 on select weekdays.

Poolside gazebos feature personalized service, a canopy for shade and sun, and bottled water. Each gazebo includes four cushioned loungers and two chairs, accommodating up to six guests.

Private cabanas include cushioned seating for up to eight guests, a guaranteed umbrella, and personalized service. Amenities include a television, ceiling fan, safe, and a refrigerator stocked with bottled water and fresh fruit.

Seasonal pricing varies by day and demand, with rates increasing on weekends and holidays. Guests can view current pricing and availability through MGM Rewards when making reservations.

Our Experience: A Poolside Gazebo with the Perfect Setup

We reserved a poolside gazebo, and it ended up being the perfect setup for a family day.

The biggest win was convenience. The kids could go straight from our seating area into the pool while we stayed comfortably shaded nearby. It gave us a home base for the entire day and made it easy to relax without constantly packing up and moving around.

What stood out most was how effortless everything felt. Poolside servers checked in regularly, taking drink and food orders directly from our gazebo and delivering everything right to us. There was no getting up, no waiting in lines, and no breaking up the flow of the day.

It genuinely felt like a resort experience built for relaxing.

Food That Goes Beyond Typical Pool Fare

The food at the pool was better than expected and very much part of the experience rather than an afterthought.

My husband ordered the gyro and said it was one of the best he has had, simple, flavorful, and generous in portion. My son had the grilled chicken sandwich, which was perfectly cooked and easy for a pool day meal.

I went with the turkey bacon club, which came stacked high and was honestly bigger than expected. After a morning in the sun, it hit the spot perfectly.

We also shared frozen grapes, chopped watermelon, and a fresh fruit tray included with our gazebo rental. Everything tasted fresh and was ideal for cooling down in the Mississippi heat.

To round it out, we ordered frozen virgin piña coladas and strawberry daiquiris, which made the whole day feel like a true vacation without ever leaving the coast.

What really makes the pool menu stand out is how much variety there actually is for a pool setting. Guests can choose from everything from light snacks like fruit cups, watermelon, and chips to more filling options like nachos, loaded fries, hummus, smoked tuna dip, quesadillas, chicken tenders, and gyro fries.

There are also full meals including burgers, wraps, salads, hot dogs, and sandwiches like the Biloxi steak sandwich, blackened grouper hoagie, and chipotle chicken wrap. Families are covered with kid friendly options like chicken tenders, mini corn dogs, and mozzarella sticks served with fries or chips.

On the drink side, everything is built for a long pool day in the sun. Guests can order frozen cocktails, beers, wine, smoothies, soft drinks, and non alcoholic frozen beverages. The best part is that poolside servers bring everything directly to your lounger, gazebo, or cabana, so you never have to leave your seat to order or pick anything up.

More Than Just a Pool Day

One of the best parts about Beau Rivage’s location is that it is easy to turn a pool visit into a full day experience if you want to.

Guests looking to extend the fun can head over to MGM Golf, which offers 50 percent off bay rentals from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. every Wednesday and Thursday, making it a great addition after a morning or afternoon at the pool.

The resort arcade also offers half price games on Wednesdays, which is another easy way to keep kids entertained and stretch the day into something more than just swimming.

It is a simple detail, but it turns the experience into something that works really well for families, with pool time in the morning and additional activities in the afternoon, all in one location.

A Quiet Bonus: The Deer Island Overlook

One of the most peaceful spots at the resort is not in the pool at all.

Just behind the pool area is a back deck overlooking Deer Island and the Mississippi Sound. It is a quiet place to step away from the energy of the pool, sit for a few minutes, and take in one of the best waterfront views in Biloxi. It adds a calm, scenic moment to balance out the activity of the day.

Pool Hours and Details

The pool is open daily from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., giving guests plenty of time to enjoy a full day of relaxation.

The Pool Bar operates from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., while the Pool Café serves food daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Local access to the Beau Rivage pool is one of the newest additions to the resort’s guest offerings and provides residents with a unique opportunity to experience one of Biloxi’s most sought after resort amenities without booking a room.

As someone who spends a lot of time exploring local businesses and attractions, I genuinely love discovering experiences that allow residents to enjoy our coast in a new way. Beau Rivage’s expanded pool access does exactly that. Whether you are planning a girls getaway, celebrating a birthday, entertaining out of town guests, or simply looking for a relaxing day close to home, the resort’s pool offers a luxury experience without requiring an overnight stay.

For my family, it felt like a vacation without the packing, travel, or hotel check in. We spent the day swimming, enjoying great food, soaking in waterfront views, and making memories together all right here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
