“When we built the Magnolia Room the idea was to build something different from everybody else around us.” Says Kaufman. “We’re going after something that caters to the going out crowd with a somewhat more esteemed palate. We like to get experimental with our cocktails and our fine wine list, and extensive bourbon. It’s been great.”
