During our visit, every dish we tried showcased the care and creativity that goes into Salute’s menu. The Eggplant Gondola over Angel Hair Pasta combined tender, perfectly seasoned eggplant with delicate pasta over seafood alfredo for a light yet satisfying meal its a Gulf Coast favorite. One of the standout dishes was the Pan-Fried Cheese Ravioli, stuffed with jalapeño and ricotta cheese, fried golden brown, and served on a bed of Alfredo with just a touch of homemade marinara and Parmesan. The combination of textures and flavors made it impossible not to savor every bite.
Other highlights included the Fried Italian Breaded Meatballs, the Chicken Parmesan, and the Red Fish Special with Seafood Alfredo, a seasonal dish worth catching while it is available.
