Q: What are your top tips for anyone who is new to the spa experience or has never had a spa treatment?
A: We love first time spa-goers. Here are some tips:
Be early – a rushed start to a spa experience is not relaxing. Shoot to arrive at least 30 minutes early or more before your service starts.
Consider a “digital disconnect” during your Spa visit. In this day and age, we need an electronic detox!
Clothing is optional in most spa facilities, so do what make you most comfortable.
Let your provider know it is your first spa experience: they can explain everything and help you fully relax.
Hydrate before and after a massage. Massage is detoxifying so it is important to drink plenty of water after to get the most out of your experience.
Q: Can you walk us through a typical spa experience for a guest?
A: The most important thing to remember is we want you to have time to relax and enjoy the time you have set aside for yourself. We want guests to experience service, have time to lounge and relax in the facilities, and unwind. Ask questions to your attendant and they can guide you.
Q: What are some of the most popular treatments or services offered?
A: We have a great menu. Some of the standout services are the CBD Massage which features Cause+Medic CBD products, a Blowout featuring Oribe Haircare, the Hydrafacial, and a Classic Pedicure which uses a Milk and Honey treatment line.
Q: What do clients often say after experiencing spa services?
A: We are so lucky to have a large repeat clientele. Guests send us feedback after their visits and last year we had more than 3000 specific mentions for our team members. We are proud of our skilled and talented staff.
Q: What are the latest trends in spa & salon?
A: CBD treatment is a big trend and well worth experiencing. Our CBD Restore massage uses Cause+Medic CBD oil and pain cream to restore tired muscles in a full body treatment. The CBD treatment is available for a 50- or 80-minute session. The 80-minute treatment includes a Moor Mud Mask on the back.
Q: Are there any special promotions available?
A: We offer a 25 percent military discount daily, a 15 percent locals discount Mon-Thurs, and special pricing Mon-Wed.
