They have been a force in modern rock for more than two decades, riding along with a steady stream of hits all the way from their 2002 self-titled debut album to 2023’s Dinosaur and beyond. Saturday the 17th, Theory of a Deadman will be delivering a headlining performance inside the Beau Rivage Theatre as the second stop on their summer run through the US and Canada.
Coming out of North Delta, British Columbia, Theory of a Deadman broke out with their big grooves, crunchy guitars and melodic vocal sounds powering early singles such as “Make Up Your Mind” and “Santa Monica.” Later hits like the double-platinum “Bad Girlfriend,” triple-platinum “RX (Medicate)” cemented the band’s place in the rock world as they built a huge catalog including hard hitting bangers, smooth big chorus jams, and a big dose of the band’s fun wit and humor.
