Dining outlets throughout the resort will feature anniversary specials, including a return of the popular Biloxi Blonde. For the 25th anniversary celebration, BetMGM will be reintroducing the original Kolsch from Beau Rivage’s Coast Brewing Company, Mississippi’s first microbrewery. The brainchild of Brewmaster Brian Bush, Biloxi Blonde was originally brewed in the iconic copper kettles that launched Mississippi’s craft beer industry and returns for a limited time through a special collaboration with Chandeleur Brewing Company. The crisp light beer will be available exclusively at Beau Rivage.
BR Prime will offer an Eagle Rare Whiskey flight, with three one-ounce pours of Eagle Rare 20 year, 17 year and 10 year, served on a custom-made 25th anniversary flight board; as well as 1999 Vintage Dom Perignon Champagne from March through September. During Beau Rivage’s anniversary week, special filets and porterhouse steaks will be featured in BR Prime.
At Stalla, a Prix Fixe menu will be offered March 15 and 16 for $55. The celebratory feast includes an appetizer of zuppa, Italian sausage and spinach tortellini, followed by a Tour of Italy with a classic three cheese manicotti, spaghetti and meatballs, sauteed rapini and crabcake stuffed shrimp with lemon butter, dolce. Dinner will be punctuated by Napoleon ice cream with berries for dessert.
From the Stalla bar, house-made limoncello flights with strawberry, classic and rhubarb flavors will be offered for $19.99 throughout September. Jia, Beau Rivage’s Pan-Asian restaurant, will also offer a 25th anniversary flight of Japanese whiskey showcasing Nikka Yoichi single malt, Nikka Miyagikyo single malt and Nikka Taketsuru pure malt for $25.
Throughout March, The Roasted Bean and Snacks will showcase a 25th anniversary butter pecan opera torte, while The Daiquiri Shop will feature seasonal crawfish tacos.
Beau Rivage’s award-winning lounge EIGHT75 presents a coffee infused Chopin vodka with Dorda chocolate liqueur, espresso, simple syrup, Frangelico and cream served with French macaroons and a sparkler from March through September. During that same timeframe, Black Clover Lounge and Topgolf Swing Suite will offer a smoked premiere negroni mixed with Nolet’s gin, Aperol liqueur and Carpano sweet vermouth smoked with cherry wood chips and served with a red velvet cupcake capped with a sparkler.
The Promenade Shops
Visit Beau Rivage retail shops for a variety of 25th anniversary apparel and keepsakes. Beginning March 1, BR Collections will feature a commemorative Beau Rivage 25th Anniversary Pandora charm among its offerings.
