BetMGM Book Bar & Grill: The Gulf Coast’s Premier Sportsbook!

Welcome to one of our coasts’ greatest sportsbook venues, BETMGM Book Bar & Grill. Located inside the fabulous Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, in the space that was formally Coast nightclub, it has been renovated to host the largest sportsbook and dining area of all the casinos.

Recently celebrating legalized sports betting’s 5th Anniversary in Mississippi, Beau Rivage was the first sportsbook t open on August 1, 2018.  Table seating and video poker seating surround the main bar where there was once a dance floor.  With more than a 100 large screen tvs, BetMGM Book, Bar & Grill feature all the live sports, with no bad options of seating and the former bar tops including the main bar all offer video poker and optional games for those who like to gamble while they watch.  With NFL pre-season already happening, we are excited that they have added Football Frenzy Giveaway Series!  Every Monday and Thursday during the regular season, beginning September 7 – December 28, BETMGM will be giving all losing bet tickets a chance to win some really nice gifts at half time.  From a $50 dining credit, to a $250 golf bag and other nice gifts will be offered to five winning tickets drawn at halftime each Monday and Thursday, so, even if your bet didn’t win, you still have a chance to be a winner!  Seating is first come first serve for walk-ins, and reservations are readily available at www.beaurivage.com or by calling or emailing the General Manager L.B. Wilson at lwilson@beaurivage.com.  L.B. joined us this evening along with our dear friend and head of Public Relations, Mary Cracchiolo.  I thought how nice of the GM to take extra time with us, and, indeed, he is that nice and that fun!

If you happened to have caught the fabulous video Cheli prepared for you all, you got a visual of the experience first- hand.  Kudos to Cheli for her first attempt at trying out her skills on this collaboration, very impressive!  As you enter and absorb the reality of how phenomenal this sports venue is, you know that you are in for a great time!  I had Clarence Durham (dayshift bartender/friend) prepare a specialty drink, and I was all over his version of a Rum Punch.   Harry Hall and I did a tour around the bar checking out all the craft beers and IPA’s available on tap.  A very nice representation featuring mostly close regional beers.  A shout out to Chandeleur Brewing Co. in Biloxi, Lazy Magnolia in the Kiln, ——– in Gulfport, and Fairhope from AL, Parish from LA.  My favorite craft beer is Fly Llama, a light and fruity beer, but your options are great, with domestics and imports available in a bottle, and by the bucket.  There is a fully stocked bar with most liquors available.  We ordered Mojitos in 4 flavors, they were all so refreshing and delish!
