Blue Bayou: Voted BEST STEAKHOUSE on the MS Gulf Coast!

     We ordered all our entrees from the newest selection “The Edge, easy dining, gourmet selections.” All options come with a House, Caesar, or Iceberg Wedge Salad, one entrée selection with sides, a glass of wine, and dessert for a mere $35.  The list was enticing so we ordered five entrees from the list to have a well -rounded sampling.  We adored the 6 ounce Filet – ordered medium rare, served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh grilled green beans.  It was simply perfection, the perfect sized portion, the perfect accompaniments.  We then had the Twin Pork Ribeyes – grilled and served juicy over a creole mustard sauce with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh sautéed spinach and mushrooms.  It was really hard to decide which of these we liked better, both being executed so superbly!
