Brew Paddle – Downtown Biloxi’s Hidden Gem of Flavor & Personality

We began with BrewPaddle Breads – an assortment of sour dough and focaccia breads served with fresh salted whipped butter and fresh jam, blueberry on this day.  The breads were as mouth-watering as were the accompaniments.  We also had Biscuit and Gravy – a giant flaky house made biscuit topped with the best sausage gravy I’ve experienced anywhere outside of my kitchen!  That is correct, Scott makes gravy the way you really love it!  We also loved the Mediterranean Tartine – an open-faced sandwich with sourdough bread, house made hummus and tzatziki, cucumber, heirloom tomatoes, fried chick peas and fresh dill.  This was as wonderful as it sounds, with Avocado Tartine and Mushroom Tartine offered as well.  The small plate menu also offers Beets & Honey, Butternut Squash Bisque, Apple and Butternut Salad, as well as Deviled Eggs with Caviar.
