Summer Fun at the Silver Slipper!

It’s that time of the year again when the Summer inexplicably drives us out of our homes to both indulge in and escape from the sunshine and heat that accompany it. On the beach front it’s a time for bathing suits, partying, and camaraderie- all of which can be found at the Silver Slipper Casino Hotel. This Summer they’re upping the ante on Summer fun with their weekly Rumble on the Beachside Rally, which promises to delight the senses with cool cars, good food, and music.

“Every Thursday between March and the end of October is our Rumble on the Gulf Beachside Rally,” Says Kendra Necaise, Advertising and Publicity Manager for The Silver Slipper. “We have motorcycles, jeeps, hot rods, and classic cars in a reserved parking area behind our hotel. It’s basically a big car show. We have a band that plays every Thursday so we have free live entertainment.”

“We also have our Smokehouse Cafe and the Beach Bar.” Says Necaise. “We have ribs, we have pulled pork, we have brisket. Best part is the menu items are fairly inexpensive both at the cafe and the bar! Also with this, for anyone who comes in and registers, they can go up to the players club and show that they were registered and receive five dollars in free slot play. They also go in to a drawing for a chance to win five hundred dollars in free slot play which we do every Thursday night at 9pm.”
