To truly embrace my “Me Day,” I started with a 50-minute Himalayan Salt Stone Massage. Instead of a traditional massage using hands, my masseuse Rob employed perfectly warmed Himalayan salt stones for the entire experience. This type of massage uses heated salt stones, often combined with oils, providing several therapeutic benefits such as detoxifying the body, improving circulation, reducing stress and anxiety, exfoliating and rejuvenating skin, balancing the body’s energy, relieving muscle tension and pain, boosting immune function, supporting respiratory health, and enhancing mental clarity. I can honestly say I enjoyed this more than any previous massage I’ve had; it felt almost like an out-of-body experience as I sensed the stress and tension dissolve throughout my entire body!
While I highly recommend the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Beau Spa & Salon also offers a Custom Massage, an Athlete’s Massage, and a CBD Restore Massage for pre- or post-workout relief. The 50-minute Athlete’s Massage employs therapeutic techniques designed to enhance range of motion and muscle recovery. The 50-minute CBD massage not only alleviates tension and relaxes muscles but also uses active botanicals in CauseMedic body oils to soothe muscles and alleviate anxiety with broad-spectrum CBD Pain Relieving Cream. An 80-minute treatment is available that includes a Moor Mud treatment specifically for calming inflammation and back pain.
