“There’s a thing called the Triple Crown.” Explains Orrison. “You gotta win Memphis in May, and then you move in to the Jack Daniel’s Invitational- that’s the second leg of the Triple Crown. The third leg is the American Royal, which is the largest barbecue competition in the world that boasts almost seven hundred competitors. We are the only team that has the possibility of winning the Triple Crown this year and we have our eyes on the prize.”
