Hanna served a glass of Moscato for myself and Cheli’s usual half and half tea. Immediately the procession of delicacies began with an appetizer of the newly added Garlic Fried Shrimp – very lightly dusted showcasing the tastiness of the fresh gulf shrimp. This was so amazing and the Fluffi Bread with Cajun shrimp, parmesan, provolone and feta cheeses paired up perfectly. In all actuality, reheating for days, the fluffi shrimp bread was my very favorite and, I savored every morsel of it! Not to be shunned, I also loved the Steak and caramelized Onion Flatt Bread topped with whole milk mozzarella and a mild yet spicy sauce. Starting out with these tasty treats, along with a fresh Caesar Salad topped with tomato, cucumber, feta, red onion, black olives, croutons, parmesan and a grilled chicken breast with Caesar dressing, we had a hard time only sampling! Tom’s also offers a house salad, bacon & blue, and a Greek salad with a choice of bacon, grilled chicken breast or grilled shrimp proteins, and house ranch, Hugo, Caesar, balsamic vinaigrette, Italian or blue cheese dressings. From the grill – Stuffed Jalapenos – with bacon, mozzarella stuffing, topped with sriracha sauce, Thai Shrimp – with orange slices and Thai sauce, and Barbeque Shrimp – with lemon wedges and bbq. Sides offered are Cucumber Salad, Grilled Broccoli, House Fries and Grilled Squash and Zucchini. Fried options include Pickles, Artichokes, Jalapenos. Mushrooms, Chicken Strips, Spicy Crawfish, Fried Shrimp, Cheese Sticks, Spicy Bits, and Chicken Wings – dry Cajun, garlic parmesan, fire, honey, and lemon pepper flavors. Also from the 500 degree oven are Garlic Knots, Baked Provolone – with fresh dough wrapped around provolone, caramelized onions, bacon, and agave nectar, and Diablo Knots – dough wrapped around fresh jalapeno, cayenne butter and parmesan with a side of Diablo Ranch. Flatt bread options are Red White & Blue – tomato, mozzarella, blue cheese and alfredo, Cheesy Shrimp – grilled shrimp with mozzarella, and mild but spicy sauce, and Spicy Crawfish – mozzarella, crawfish and jalapeno stuffing on Diablo. Fluffi Bread is loaded with alfredo and parmesan and are so melt-in-your-mouth worthy with Spin Arti – marinated artichokes and baby spinach, Blue Crabi – lump blue crab and bacon, Cajun Shrimpi, and Five Cheese. Sweet Stuff includes Cinnaknots or Mini Cinna Pillows tossed in cinnamon sugar with swirls of caramel and chocolate.
