Tom´s Extreme Pizzeria

    You may Design a Handheld choosing a ciabatta bun or hoagie roll choosing your protein, cheese and veggies.  We had an Oklahoma Smash Burger on ciabatta with American cheese, bacon, grilled onions and a sweet onion sauce with seasoned curly fries.  It was so good with the char of the smash giving the burger and all it’s glory an awesome flavor, and the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned.  We also had the Buffalo Hoagie with fried chicken, buffalo sauce and jalapenos with feta, yum.  Because you can order any 12” pizza on a hoagie we did the Buffalo pizza as well, and it was delicious when we added the blue cheese dressing to cool down all that tasty hotness!  Pizzas come in 8”, 12”, 15”, and 18”, and the 18” can be ordered half and half.  We had the 18” with one half Vermont – olive oil base, fresh tomatoes, Salami and Canadian Bacon, black, green, and kalamata spicy olive mix, feta and whole mozzarella.  Cheli kept exclaiming how thick and tasty the cheese was, and, that’s the difference in using high quality whole mozzarella.  I loved these flavor combos and nothing was too spicy or greasy for my tender aging tummy!  The other half was the California Grilled – alfredo based with all grilled veggies, green, red, and yellow bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato, broccoli, carrots, squash, zucchini, and red and yellow onion.  All veggies are chopped fresh daily and we could really enjoy a slice with every meal and say “look ma, I ate my veggies, and I loved them!”.  There are thirty extreme American pizzas to choose from traversing the continent from Miami to Seattle, and Hawaii.  Of course you can build your own, but some of these flavor combos are beyond anything imaginable!  For example: the Daytona has a Caesar dressing base with parmesan, grilled steak, and grilled shrimp with grilled onion; the Biloxi – grilled shrimp, bacon, parmesan, red onion and yellow bell pepper on an alfredo sauce; the Alabama – hamburger, tomato, red onion, cheddar cheese, cold lettuce and pickles on a ketchup base; and of course the Mississippi Meat Lovers – pizza sauce topped with pepperoni, meatball, Canadian bacon, ham, hamburger, Italian sausage and bacon with Mozzarella cheese.  My friend Nonette loves the New York – a classic hearty pepperoni pizza.

     Are you hungry yet, lol?!  It’s no wonder they are nominated every year for best pizza on the coast!  Tom is super cool while still strictly serving only the freshest ingredients in all of his cuisine.  Get over there, make some memories and know that you will be leaving completely satiated and satisfied!
